2026 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party Held Successfully

As time turns and a new year begins, 2026 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party was successfully held on February 6^th. All colleagues gathered to celebrate our remarkable achievements and welcome the vibrant spring of ahead.

The All Staff Symposium was kicked off with GM& DGM's speech. The GM sincerely extended new year wishes to everyone in Chinese, while the DGM expressed gratitude for all employees’ hard work over the past year. Behind every achievement lies our round-the-clock teamwork and the profound camaraderie side by side. As 2026 marks the start of the 15^th Five-Year Plan period, we will stay focused on our target , set benchmarks and pioneer new ground with the vigor of the horse, charge ahead amidst opportunities and challenges, and stride into the future with hope and responsibility.

To honor dedication, salute excellence, and commend every step toward improvement , the management team recognized those who won the 5-Year, 10-Year and 15-Year Seniority Award, Top 3 of Best Idea, Improvement Project and Yearly PPS Award and Top 3 of Unsafe Condition Hunter Award. They shine as beacons, igniting careers and driving improvement; or ride the tide of efficiency while guarding our safety operation. Each name carries the legacy of HMC's unceasing journey forward.

Time flies,  the frames of yearly video weave our shared journey. Drums resound, the melodies dance out a jubilant symphony. The management team unlocks the spring with songs, followed by splendid performances. Melodies blend romance and harmony, while rounds of lucky draws set hearts racing with suspense. Tonight, lights like stars, ribbons like rainbows, We turn a year’s toil and devotion into joy and hopes. As last song past the old year’s threshold, we bid farewell in reunion and step forward with wishes.

Looking back, the monument of time bears the marks of our striving strides; looking ahead, the vast new year echoes with the hoofbeats of dawn. In 2026, as the horse raises its head high, let us ride forward together on the path of " Fit For Growth” to unfold a new chapter for Northern industry.
