HMC Was Awarded the Benchmark Honor

On Dec. 30^th, 2025, HMC passed the evaluation conducted by the Harbin Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau as a model for 2025's annual pollutant discharge permit selection, earning the title of "Harbin Benchmark Enterprises for Pollutant Discharge Permits" in the first batch.

In order to implement the requirements for improving the efficiency and quality of pollutant discharge permits, enforce the fixed pollution source regulatory system centered on the pollutant discharge permit system, promote corporate responsibility, and establish exemplary models to enhance the environmental management standards within the industry, the Harbin Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau organized the recommendation and selection of benchmark enterprises for pollutant discharge permits across the city in December 2025.The District Ecology and Environment Bureaus conducted preliminary reviews and scoring of local enterprises based on routine supervision. The Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau evaluated the preliminary review results.

HMC has consistently adhered to the concept of "sustainable development," strictly complied with national environmental protection laws and regulations, and established a comprehensive environmental management system targeting Airbus' High 5+ environment with energy conservation, emission reduction, and carbon reduction as the core. Ultimately, due to its outstanding performance in the entire chain of pollutant discharge permit management and daily environmental supervision, HMC stood out among numerous excellent enterprises and was awarded the honorary title of "Harbin Benchmark Enterprises for Pollutant Discharge Permits" in the batch. Within one year from the date of recognition, HMC will enjoy incentives in environmental management, be included in the municipal "exemption" list for quality inspections of pollutant discharge permits, benefit from "green channel" services when handling procedures such as environmental impact assessments and pollutant discharge permits, and be prioritized for recommendation as a provincial or national benchmark enterprise.

"Benchmark Enterprise" is not only an identity but also a responsibility. In the future, HMC will continue to uphold environmental protection standards, deepen pollution prevention and control, and contribute further to the improvement of regional ecological and environmental quality as well as sustainable development.
