HMC Held 2026 3rd Quarterly Communication

On October 16^th, HMC held Q3 communication to review quarterly performance, outline the 2027 work plan, share safety experience, and celebrate the major milestone of successfully passing the NADCAP Aero Structure Assembly (ASA) audit.

During the communication, the GM and DGM first reviewed the Q3 performance dashboard. Thanks to the joint efforts of all colleagues, most of the performance indicators were exceeded this quarter. Although the End of Year result of two indicators could not be changed, the Spot Values remained consistently green due to the focused attention of all staff. They highly recognized the outstanding performance of all staff and thanked everyone for their engagement and commitment.

The 2027 thinking was also presented. Production rates for the A350 and A320 work packages will increase significantly and will be the maximum rates in HMC for the future years. Based on 2027 working plan, all departments should plan ahead, strengthen operational management and ensure high-quality product delivery, and steadily advance the implementation of the " Fit For Growth" strategy. HMC has already started preparing for the future, like materializing the vertical storage, 3D printer and automatic painting projects. In the future, HMC will evolve into a more modernized enterprise, enhance its advanced industrial setup, continue to develop forward-looking technologies such as automation, robotics and AI, and make steady progress toward a healthy and sustainable company.

Then, the Head of CDT Composite shared reflections on safety. With video and data comparison, he emphasized the importance of safety for every individual and every family. The GM and DGM reiterated that safety is no small matter and concerns every employee. All staff should maintain a strong sense of responsibility and mission, safeguard every family and build a solid safety defense for the whole organization.

In closing, all attendees celebrated the huge accomplishment that HMC passing the NADCAP Aero Structure Assembly (ASA) audit. HMC has become the first company in the whole of China to obtain this certification. This means HMC now holds all five NADCAP certifications for our business. The company expressed its sincere appreciation to all teams for their full commitment throughout the audit preparation phase, and rewarded their efforts with team-building events.
