To Meet a better YOURSELF——HMC Women's Day Activity

On March 6^th, ahead of International Women's Day, HMC organized a special activity themed " To Meet a better YOURSELF", offering female employees a relaxing soul station for stress relief and self-acceptance.

The event featured five psychological experiences by stamp-collecting, guiding female employees to relieve stress, boost self-awareness, and embrace their inner glow. Led by the counselor, participants moved through activities, such as writing wishes, building a cherry blossom tree, painting emotions, exploring the subconscious, reflecting with OH cards, seeking insight from tarot, and finally relaxing with VR and biofeedback technology. This journey was more than a series of games. It gently opened their hearts, allowing them to explore, release, and quietly meet a better YOURSELF . When heard and understood, this recognition becomes confidence to move forward, empowering HMC women to shine with soft yet resilient brilliance in aerospace manufacturing.

At HMC, more than 100 women demonstrate their power through independence, resilience, beauty, and courage, writing a new chapter for aviation manufacturing. Looking back, we reunite with ourselves; Moving forward, we awaken our inner strength. May every woman possess both the power to conquer her career and the peace to embrace her soul, explore yourself, meet yourself and be yourself.
