HMC successfully achieved the Aero Excellence Bronze Certification

Airbus successfully completed the assessment of HMC "Aero Excellence" on September 18, 2025. As a continuous improvement approach promoted by Airbus, "Aero Excellence" aims to help companies achieve operational excellence while establishing internationally recognized maturity benchmarks in the aerospace, space, and defense sectors. According to the latest statistics, over 300 suppliers worldwide have participated in the assessment to date. HMC achieved the Aero Excellence Bronze certification, becoming the second company to do so in Asia, and with a result that puts us in the top 20% of companies worldwide that have gone through the assessment so far.

The assessment covered five domains: Organization & Resource Management, Planning & Logistics, Supplier Industrial Management, Industrialization & Quality and Manufacturing Excellence. The results highlighted HMC’s particular strengths in planning and manufacturing, showcasing significant advantages. While there is room for improvement in other areas, targeted action plans will be developed to address identified weaknesses, driving continuous enhancement of overall performance and striving to meet even higher standards.

This is a strong recognition of the operational excellence, quality system, and robust management processes that position HMC as a leading composite aerostructures manufacturer, and that will enable a bright future as we follow our "Fit For Growth" strategy.
