HMC Held 4th Quarter Communication

On December 18^th , HMC held 4^th quarter communication. The meeting reviewed the Q4 performance indicators, conveyed BOD feedback, and reviewed the main priorities for 2026. Through clear roadmap, the meeting aligned team consensus and infused confidence and momentum for the year ahead.

During the communication, the GM and DGM reviewed the 4^th quarter performance and highly recognized and rewarded all employees for their dedication this year. Faced with so many challenges in 2025, the team worked together to ensure customer deliveries on time and on quality, while excelling in highest safety culture, quality culture aligned with Airbus benchmarks, all green Financial KPIs, resilient delivery and flexible resource coordination, ensuring HMC successful again in challenging year and getting recognition from the board of directors.

In 2026,  we will prioritize cost saving, adapt to Airbus’s supply chain adjustments and fully prepare for new work packages. Moving forward, we will maintain our high level of operational excellence, enforce very tight cost control, continue improving CVAT, focus on SAT reduction, maintain HMC competitiveness, and ensure a very strong communication in all directions. Driven by the benchmark in safety and continuous quality improvement, we will advance steadily toward a sustainable future.

2026 is just ahead. HMC will spread its wing s in the wind and forge ahead. We will honor commitments through action and pioneer new paths with resilience, leaving our mark together on the era of high-quality aviation manufacturing.
