HMC Celebrate International Women’s Day

It is International Women’s Day today. In order to appreciate their contribution to company’s development, HMC prepared gifts for them.

There are a lot of excellent employees. Today, we will introduce two, and take you to their work and life.

Grinding Sword Decades, Blooming Plum Blossom.

LIANG Chunxiu，Assembly Engineering &Indu. Manager. She’s gentle. She speaks slowly, but very impressive.

She graduated from North China Institute of technology in 2002, and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer. She was one of the first batches of employees, when HMC was established in 2009. Speaking of her original intention of joining HMC, in her opinion, it was a golden opportunity to enrich herself. Indeed, after coming to HMC, she met different work packages. She was glad to face new work packages because that would bring her new experiences and knowledge. As what she said, “We should face different customers and partners due to different work packages. Things are complex and numerous, but we can grow fast through facing and dealing with the problems.”

As a senior employee, speaking of the happiness in working, she mentioned two points. Firstly, in the past 10 years, she feels she is valuable and full of sense of achievement, when she witnessed the facilities being built and equipped gradually, and all the work packages became more and more mature, taking A320 Rudder as an example, the delivery raised from 4~5 per month to the status of 80% output over the world. It’s the leap of our company’s strength. Besides, HMC is a young company with young staff. As a manager, seeing the youth with strong sense of participation and achievement in working, she feels full of power.

Ten years has passed, from an Assembly Engineer to a manager who manage projects and lead teams, LIANG thinks that she made a right choice. Indeed, she learned and gained growth a lot here. Of course, this is inseparable from the support of internal and external team. Sharp sword grinds from decade, and fragrant plum blossom blooms after cold winter. In the future, she’s going to work at technical management. At the meanwhile, she wants to enrich and improve her management and ways to incentive. We believe she can do it!

Better the Balance, Better Herself

YANG Jinying, a girl born after 1990, is an Agent Team Leader of VE Manually Lay-up in HMC.

When she first coming to HMC as an intern in 2012, she was only 18. She noticed that all staff working here are serious-minded and responsible everyday, which gave her a very deep impression. Therefore, she worked hard like other colleagues. In 2013, she became an official employee. Now, 5 years has passed, she’s already become a young Agent Team Leader from a common operator.

During the work, what makes her be happy are the clean and bright working environment, and colleagues with good relationships. In her opinion, many problems can be prevented by the way of communication in working. The biggest harvest for her is that she became the position of Agent Team Leader since last August. “At the beginning, the progress of the work was extremely difficult, problems occurred every day. After the discussion among departments and changing operating methods, they were successfully solved. Now, by communications among department, we’ve already got the problem under control.” She said.

In her spare time, she’ll relax herself by shopping and playing smartphone games for keeping working pressure away from her private life. Due to the specificity of her job, she has to work on every weekend. Thus, her break time is absolutely different from her friends’ and families’. It’s hard to imagine how a young girl could range her schedule well and keep balance of work and life.

Concerning on her expectation in the future, she said she would like to move forward step by step, enrich herself, and summarize good experiences of solving problems of work. Meanwhile, she also wants to enhance learning on English and computer software, and get ready for grabbing the next opportunity at any time. In the end of interview, she said, the young like her are welcomed to HMC to meet challenge and better herself!
