HMC Accomplished 4 Years without LTI

On Aug 14^th, 2025, HMC accomplished 4 Years without LTI—1461 days since 2021. Behind this long-distance race to break the record is the track paved by HMC with responsibility and culture, where everyone's mindset and actions define industry benchmark.

On the afternoon of the 14^th, we celebrated this milestone together. The GM and DGM stated at the celebration that this remarkable record is all about we having a very robust safety process and a very well-established safety mindset. Most importantly, it is all about HMC employees who every day are looking for unsafe conditions, following the safety instructions and taking care of yourself and of others, they are the secret behind those numbers. Under management team's responsibility and everyone ‘s behavior, we have turned our numbers on the wall into this collective moment. This achievement that we are proud of is a dazzling badge in any Airbus plant, and probably is also one of the best achievements in the aerospace manufacturing industry. Behind every honor lies accountability , we will maintain this level against pressure.

In HMC, we consistently regard safety as the cornerstone of development and prioritize safety performance indicators as primary operational target, ensuring that targets are cascaded through all levels and measures are effectively implemented. Through upgrades of the 11 Points , we are committed to creating a good safety processes and safety equipment. By standardizing and digitalizing on-site management and routine inspections, end-to-end system from risk identification to control has been established. By conducting safety training, safety activities, emergency drills, coupled with a safe environment and speak up culture, we thoroughly integrate safety awareness into all operational processes. This establishes a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.‌

4 years is not a number, it’s also a new point for us to set off again. In this endless marathon of safety, let’s all continue to be the safety benchmark in Airbus and in our industry, by watching out for ourselves and for each other.
