Paint the Blue Skies, Build the Flying Dream – HMC Science Popularization Lecture in School

On September 15^th, HMC collaborated with Kang’an Community to conduct an aviation science popularization lecture for students from Youxie No. 3 Primary School. Combining knowledge and hands-on activities, it leads everyone to explore the wonders of flight and experience the technological strength of aviation manufacturing.

Guiding teachers and students through the grand history of aviation, HMC engineers showed the aviation heroes, the modern applications and the strength of aviation powerhouse‌. Through easy-to-understand explanations, we unraveled the secrets of aircraft manufacturing while showcasing the remarkable properties and applications of carbon fiber composites. Students not only gained valuable aerospace knowledge but also developed a strong passion for cutting-edge technologies in advanced manufacturing.

Then, the students became junior assembly workers to embarked on a hands-on journey guided by engineers. With teachers' support, they evolved from eager beginners to a smoothly coordinated "assembly line." As the last student took off the “plane”, the team achieved its first "product delivery."

This is the second consecutive year that HMC has launched science popularization activities on campus. With professional expertise, we open the door to the aviation knowledge hall for students; With heartfelt commitment, we fulfill our corporate social responsibility, using aviation technology as a bridge to continuously energize community education and plant seeds of inspiration in young minds. May this flying seed one day sprout into soaring wings, lifting their youthful voyage to conquer the star and sea.‌
