1 million hours, we witness it together

To celebrate the achievement of the milestone of "1 Million Hours Lost Time Injury Free", HMC held the 1 Million Hours Lost Time Injury Free Ceremony and 2023 the First Quarter Communication on May 9th, and all staff witnessed this important moment together.

This is the second milestone we reached after safe operation without any accident throughout the year last September. This cannot be achieved without the exemplary work ethic of all employees, but we still continue to remain vigilant, always be on the lookout for unsafe conditions and acts, and work together towards the third milestone of achieving the 2 consecutive years accident free. Looking back at our work in the first quarter of 2023, we have achieved good results in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, and we continue to deliver 100% green quality gates on time to our customers, officially coming out the end of the tunnel of the epidemic and moving towards the right track. Due to everyone's hard work and dedication that have made today's HMC.

The achievement of 1 Million Hours Lost Time Injure Free cannot be reached without the joint efforts of everyone. Therefore, HMC management commended the top 3 of Unsafe Condition Award and hoped all employees would follow the advanced example. Subsequently, they recognized for the 10-year Seniority Award, 5-year Seniority Award, Best Coach Award, and top 3 of Best Idea, Improvement Project, Practical Problem Solving, thanked them for their contributions to HMC's outstanding development.
