On April 11th, HMC held 2025 1st Quarterly Communication. HMC Top Company Objectives for 2025, Q1 performance and HMC values have all been reviewed at the meeting.
2025 HMC Top Company Objectives was introduced at first in terms of SQCDP. And the projects in Horizon2 of our" Fit For Growth" strategy and Department Objectives were outlined and clarified. In terms of Delivery, we replaced the KPI of Leadtime by a more meaningful one, EOA MPS adherence, to build precise delivery capabilities; In Quality, a different approach to most of the targets was introduced. The only acceptable target for quality defects is zero. Through the transformation of quality awareness, over time, it will drive a substantial change in HMC quality culture.
Then, the GM and DGM went over the HMC values, internalizing this cultural we defined together as a code of conduct for everyone to follow and protect our great working environment. By optimizing the resources use between employee’s skills and the available workload, continuously focusing on efficiency improvements, HMC will remain the sustainable competitiveness. Finally, they awarded the multifunctional team members who won the nomination and the third prize of the Airbus China Safety Award to recognized their contributions in risk control and safety promotion.
At the beginning of 2025, HMC will continuously focus on our positions, prioritize the efficiency and work together towards our top objectives adhering to the guidance of HMC Values.
