HMC Successfully Passed Composite NADCAP Virtual Verification Audit & AS9100 Audit

On December 30th 2021, HMC received a Composite NADCAP Virtual Verification Audit for the first time due to the impact of the epidemic.

After overcoming many difficulties, with well preparation, we successfully passed the audit with "0 finding". It fully demonstrates the professionalism of HMC composite process, which is the result of our continuous efforts to improve quality awareness and enhance quality management. It is expected that in March or April this year, we will continue to participate in the next round of online audit.

From January 5th to 7th, Bureau Veritas conducted five-man-day AS9100 Aerospace Quality System annual surveillance audit. The company management and all quality responsible attended the audit kick off and closure meeting.

The BV auditor team conducted a professional and detailed on-site audit of all the departments involved in the quality management system according to the AS9100D standard and the requirements of the procedural documents. They thought the APQP and FOD control in HMC are implemented very well. We finally passed this audit with successfully closing a minor finding and continued to maintain the AS9100 certification. It means that the overall operation of our quality management system is effective, and the implementation of quality management has achieved remarkable results.
