HMC held 4^th Quarterly Communications on December 19^th. The GM and DGM made clear and inspiring presentation around the company's HMC profitability, constant focusing on safety, improving working conditions and HMC new Strategy. Jointly run the development roadmap up to 2030 with new purpose; Guide the development direction in the challenging environment with pragmatic strategy.

At the meeting, the GM and DGM of HMC firstly recognized us not only for reaching the challenging financial targets, but also for our progress towards better through continuous improvement. Everyone got excited with warm applause when hearing that an exceptional bonus will be distributed; At the same time, we should continue to focus on safety, remain vigilant with safety awareness; To co-construction and share a safe and attractive working place full of love and care, after the renewal of the shuttle bus service with more modern, safe and comfortable electric buses, there are also other projects in the coming months, like the creation of a dedicated employee resting area, renewed kitchen facilities, refurbished offices, etc.

After the deep interactivity and discussion of MGMT workshop last week, HMC new purpose was concluded adapted with the development of company, that is “to become a world leader in composite aerostructures and China-EU cooperation, and to transform our industry, and develop our people.” After reviewing and analyzing our market and competitors, new strategy for HMC called "Fit For Growth" was defined with five strategic themes: Review HMC positioning, Maintain Operational Excellence, Become a Sustainable and Healthy Company, Grow the Business and Protect our People. Strategic Objectives and projects in three horizons will be implemented from now in order to achieve deliver the strategy by 2030 with the efforts of HMC all.
