HMC Vision and 2023 Performance Workshop Was Successfully Held

Last year, the KPI TREE & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT was implemented at all management levels. Following the performance management routine and AOS criteria, the HMC Vision and 2023 Performance Workshop was held with the attendance of management team and AOS team on Feb 9th and 10th, 2023.

Through the Honshin Kanri workshop, HMC vision of coming 3 years has been generated. Tasks and projects have been agreement by management team with responsible allocation. On Feb 10th, KPI Tree and Performance Management Workshop was held successfully to: update the KPI Tree in 2023; define the Top Priorities & Target in 2023 by GM/DGM; align the KPI Hierarchical Structure of L4-L3 by GM/DGM and Directors. Meanwhile, the attendees made agreement with the next actions to: review and update the KPI Hierarchical Structure of L2-L1; consolidate the KPI Tree and Hierarchical Structure of 2023; review and update the KPI ID Cards with each department; update the KPIs on MCR, SQCDP and recurrent meeting (standard agenda) based on the KPI Tree & Hierarchical structure of 2023 version.

Through the workshops, 2023 performance target and objective have been defined in HMC management level, laying a solid foundation of HMC sustainable performance and vision achievement.
