First Training Completed in AOS Asia University

20th, Aug, 2020, first lean model A/C training has been successfully completed in HMC, which kicked off the start of AOS Asia University. By modeling the Final Assembly Line, the Model A/C training combines lean concepts such as PPS, 5S, Pull system in to real aviation industry. The whole training lasted 6 hours by 70% model practice and 30% theory conducting.  The trainees who attended offered very positive feedback: This is a really new learning experience which makes much easier to transform the theory into practice.

 For training, the most difficult part is to transform the theory into practice.  AOS training in AOS Asia University completely solve this problem and have very good result.
