From October 27, 2020 to October 28, 2020, AOS University of HMC Air Institute organizes a two-day Airbus Operating System Manager training course. Participants in this training class are from SACI, XAT, JIATAI, FESHER, NANSHAN.
On the first day, we taught the trainees the fundamentals of industrialization, SQCDP, safety, 5S, pull power, etc. all trainee have acquired a basic understanding of Airbus operating systems.
On the second day, we combined the Gemba production visit and study, which deepened the managers' understanding of lean and why its importance. During the Gemba visit, the trainees learned how to apply the Airbus operation system to their daily work in a reasonable way. Real-time job control for Lean, PPC, POLY, and so on.
After two days of short but interesting training, all trainees have a deep understanding of what is the combination of theory and practice. Two days of training is very substantial, harvest a lot!
