Q3 KPI Tree & Performance Management Workshop Held in HMC

The Q3 workshop of KPI Tree & Performance Management was held with HMC GM, DGM and each head of department on Oct 17^th, 2023. They reviewed the completion of key performance figures at the current stage and the expectation at the end of the year, laying a solid foundation for achieving the target for the year 2023.

Performance quarter review is triggered in 2023 as decided by HMC management team. In this workshop, the following topics were went through in a detailed manner: Department Level – L3 Dashboard / Action Tracker / KPI Trend; Plant Level - L4 KPI Trend; Hoshin Kanri L4 & L3.

Modification on KPI Tree & L4 Hieratical Structure has been discussed and agreement referring to the latest Performance Figure in Quarter 3. Meantime, 19 actions has been distributed to the relevant department. L3 to L1 KPI Tree and Performance workshop will be proceeded in coming weeks in each department to adapt the change referring to the output of this workshop.

The next 3 months will be the key for the achievement of HMC 2023 yearly target. Highly efficient team work is the foundation and contributor to realize this goal.
