Celebrate the Excellence and Embark on New Journey - 2025 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party

With the move of the seasons, the splendid chapters are constantly being created. On January 17^th , 2025 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party was successfully held. All HMC employees celebrated our outstanding achievements and enjoyed the reunion moment with a year-end feast.

The All Staff Symposium was kicked off with GM& DGM’s speech. The GM sincerely extended New Year's wishes to everyone in Chinese. They are proud of the excellence performance created by all the HMC teams. From creating the HMC values to the cost saving challenge, we have successfully achieved all the milestones and projects in the Horizon 1 of our “Fit For Growth" strategic plan. The continuous safety records, new milestones, new employees, and people development are all achieved to prepare the future of HMC on the right track. Looking ahead to 2025, we will deliver more projects in the face of challenges to continue our strategic path and continue to move towards excellence as an industry benchmark.

Every iteration of the strategic blueprint is outlined by our hard work. To express gratitude to the employees for their companionships and contributions, the management recognized those who won the 5-year and 10-year Seniority award, Top 3 of Best Idea Award, Improvement Project Award & PPS Award and Unsafe Condition Hunter Award. Salute to the exemplary power they led for allowing the original intention and wisdom to grow up on this ground of ‘Fit For growth’, and pioneering every step forward for HMC.

As the old year fades away, the 2024 Yearly Review images share the memories of the past; On the light beginning, HMC management opens the New Year with classic singing. With the swaying light and shadow, the fascinating performances take turns and thrilling lucky prizes follow one after another. The melody that spans the national borders, the dance that slays the stage, the song that reaches the soul, the words full of humor and wit, the sound waves soaring through the clouds and mist, the suspense that ultimately revealed…they connect all of us who are passionate and charge forward bravely to composed a stunning annual finale.

Fifteen Years of Glorious Journey, we have grown with our youth through the tracing back and moving ahead, we have experienced the storms of innovation and challenges with HMC employee. In 2025, under the way of HMC values, let us stand shoulder to shoulder once again and write a new story for HMC.
