HMC 2024 News Review

On the strategic path called “Fit For Growth”, we have paved it with 365 days of struggle and sweat, trimmed it with laughter and brightness, and turned the unknown challenge into ideal purpose in 2024. Let us follow the trace of time and look back at the year full of glory and challenges.

【The Co-Construction of HMC Values】

At the beginning of the year, we performed the co-construction of HMC Values including "Teamwork, Reliability, Professionalism, Integrity, Commitment". It arises from the participation and selection of every HMC employee, and has accumulated into our cultural genes and reflected in HMC management and operation.

【The Working Environment Renovation with New Look】

From April to May, HMC completed the redecoration of the workplace and the construction of Employee Resting Area project. This project is of great significance, demonstrating the company's emphasis on the work environment and the protection of employee rights.

【Energy Saving, Carbon Reduction and Home Building】

On May 18^th, HMC launched the "Energy Saving, Carbon Reduction and Home Building "volunteer activity with Community. HMC employees who pursue green development not only integrate energy conservation and carbon reduction into production, but also take proactive responsibilities to add spring scenery to community.

【CELEBRATING 15 YEARS WITH OUR FAMILY】

On June 8^th, HMC held the 15^th Anniversary and Family Day event with the theme of "CELEBRATING 15 YEARS WITH OUR FAMILY". All the employees with their families shared a grand feast and witnessed 15 years of glorious history, continued the feelings of family with HMC in name of love.

【Successful Passed the ISO27001 Information Security System Certification Audit】

From June 12^th to 14^th, HMC successful passed the ISO27001 Information Security System certification audit. This is a milestone in the Information Security Management System of HMC which marking our professionalism in Information Security.

【The Labor Union Carry Out Sports Activities】

HMC Labor Union has organized King of Glory E-Game, Jump rope and Tug of war competition from June and participated the 7^th Pingfang Shuang Zeng Cup Basketball Competition between Enterprises in Sep. Everyone gathered together in the games and demonstrated a brilliant team competition.

【Striving to Surpass  Pursuing Excellence】

HMC organized the 2023 Excellence Stars to embark on an elite exploration journey on June 28^th and held the Awarding Ceremony on July 17th. GM and DGM awarded medals and expressed congratulations to the 13 Excellent Stars.

【3 Years Without LTI】

On Aug 14^th, HMC has successfully accomplished 3 years without LTI. 2024, we have carried out several safety activities and updated safety protection posters in operation areas to solidify the company's safety culture.

【Speak Up Listen Up】

On Sep 2^nd , HMC launched the "Speak Up" App. As part of Aviation Industry, SPEAK UP, LISTEN UP and FOLLOW UP culture drives operations and productions of HMC and encourages employees to speak up about any potential risk of their concerns in an atmosphere of trust.

【Build Aviation Dream for Children and Science Popularization into School】

On Sep 14^th, HMC in collaboration with Community and YouXie Third Primary School held a science popularization lecture on aviation knowledge. By learning the development of aviation, observing the carbon fiber composite material test pieces, and assembling the airplane model, all the students experienced the integration of aviation charm and technological power.

【2024 iCompany Sustainability】

To respond to the iCompany Sustainability Project in Airbus Beijing, HMC launched Zero Food Waste Challenge From October 21^st to 22^nd and participate the “LOVE ANIMALS - Pets at home” activity from Nov 14^th to Dec 12^th, together to commit to cherishing food, caring for animals and sustainable development.

HMC have achieved an excellent result with all KPIs green on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People in 2024 despite the challenges and disturbances we’ve faced. We achieved company operational targets and delivered on our commitments with our high level of performance.
