Enhancement of Performance Management in HMC - Q2 Workshop on Jun 14th, 2023

To secure the achievement of HMC Performance Target defined early in February 2023, HMC triggered the Q2 performance review and management workshop with all management team on Jun 14^th successfully.

Standardized process of monthly performance review (KPI figure & forecast) in place has been approved in this meeting. It enables the deviation elimination agilely in all levels and simplifies performance management transparently.

Following the agreement in the workshop, monthly performance review and quarterly performance indicator adjustment will be proceeded as scheduled. Meantime, the digitalization will be scheduled to support to reduce the manual work as much as possible. We are looking forward to the cooperate in same direction for yearly target achievement together.
