HMC Successfully Held Quarterly Communications

HMC held Quarterly Communications in the form of video conference on July 1^st, 2022. 16 sites of over 350 people participated it together.

Brian and Mr. Yang summarized HMC work of 2022 first half in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery and people. Although we face some challenges, we still take countermeasures to ensure in-time delivery. In particular, with the common efforts of everyone, we have achieved a good result of no safety accidents occurred in the past nearly a year and improved cost control. Facing the challenges in the second half of the year, we should always be vigilant against safety accidents, strictly control costs, and work together to complete high-quality product delivery. They especially congratulated 3 winners of 2021 Yearly BEST IDEA.

After the Quarterly Communications, lunch improvement was organized for all employees. Everyone enjoyed a different lunch time.
