A New AOS Brick ISPP Deployment in HMC

By following Airbus AOS strategy, HMC customized the deployment of ISPP decided by HMC management team at the beginning of 2022 to enhance the performance management between HMC and partners and develop the partner relationships based on two-way confidence & transparency.
 

Brick leaders from both Programmes and Supply Chain have started the analysis and set up the communication and management channel with customers or suppliers referring to the standards of ISPP brick.  On Apr. 13th and 14th, Supply Chain held the VOP (voice of partners) workshop with selected suppliers (COTESA and FESHER) to prepare the performance review meeting. At the meeting, all partners were highly engaged to trigger the performance improvement chapter with HMC, shared pain points of both sides in a constructive way, reached a common vision on the level of performance and define the KPI.
 

The first regular meeting between Supply Chain and customer （FESHER）has been held on Jun. 8th as scheduled. The follow-up will be regularly reviewed, continuously improved partner relationship and satisfaction, so as to deepen the cooperation between the two sides.
 

ISPP is a new brick required in AOS in 2022 which launched by HMC as the first plant in China. This also enables us to walk at the forefront of the AOS system and better understand the needs, expectations, issue of partners.
