HMC Successfully Held 2023 New Year Event

On January 17^th, in an atmosphere of peace and joy, 2023 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Event was successfully held. Mr. Brian Agnew, the General Manager, Mr. Xing Faliang, the Deputy General Manager, and all the employees gathered together to say goodbye to the old year, talk about the hard work and achievement in the past year and the development and prospect in the new year.

The Event was kicked off with GM& DGM’s speech. They summarized HMC work of 2022 in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery and people, and fully affirmed our achievements in the face of unprecedented difficulties, especially in ensuring timely delivery of all work packages despite multiple barriers such as the impact of epidemics and hard international logistics. In view of the development in 2023, they put forward the goal of ensuring delivery, stabilizing growth, controlling cost and seeking new cooperation opportunities. They also recognized those employees who won the Seniority award, Best Coach Award, Top 3 of Best Idea Award, Improvement Project Award & PPS. At the end, the whole management team extended New Year's greetings to all colleagues of HMC.

After the all staff symposium, the eagerly anticipated lucky draw has come. With the scrolling of the name list on the screen, and and exciting cheers of the offstage staff, awards were announced one by one, and the atmosphere of the scene also climaxed in everyone's joy.

Farewell to 2022. This long-awaited gathering expressed the unity and warmth of HMC employees. This face-to-face communication means that the cold winter will be overcome. In 2023, we will continue to walk hand in hand, along the channel of high-quality delivery and facing opportunities and challenges to ride the waves in the new spring.
