AATC (AOS Asia Training Center)  Successfully Held the AOS Lean  Manufacturing Training

In order to popularize AOS operation management methods, first AOS Lean Manufacturing Training have been executed by AATC (AOS Asia Training Centre) successfully in HMC on Mar 30^th to 31^st, with attendance of 11 trainees from AVIC AEROSPACE SYSTEM CO., LTD.

The training course is proceeded with Lean and AOS main concept through simulating the aircraft assembly lines with different scenarios. All trainees were immersed in the practice with theory of lean, quite well understood the knowledge in the class.  Training from AOS team shared the AOS best practice in HMC and shop floor tour with all trainees visualized the physical application of AOS tools.

Through two days of study, all trainees were extremely complimentary about this training content and organization, which they never experienced in the past. Some of them would like to recommend it to their plant internally to look for potential further cooperation with AATC as well.

In the future, AATC will continue to deepen the construction of AOS process system and providing methodological guidance for more partners to carry out AOS work.
