HMC First Accomplished Poly/Poly Digitalization

On May 30^th, HMC Poly/Ploy Brick Owner and AOS team held a remote online meeting with European AOS expert to make periodic reports on the operation process and the progress of Digitalization Improvement Project of Poly/Ploy in HMC. The AOS expert highly praised HMC for its landmark achievement of pioneering the digital management of Poly/Ploy in China.

Poly/Poly is a lean brick of Airbus Operating System that anticipates and manages operational competence within the team according to business needs, in order to improve responsiveness to disruption and support optimum manpower allocation. It was deployed in HMC in 2019. In September 2020, Poly/Poly Digitization Improvement Project launched, taking MCX as the pilot and gradually being applied to blue collars of the whole company. In October 2021, Poly/Poly Qlik Sense App was officially published to drive the transformation of process execution. QS App was continuously optimized and visualized labor & stations skill status, training plan, etc. for more than one year, by which Poly/Poly Digitization Improvement Project was successfully realized.
