HMC Held 4th Quarterly Communication

On December 12th, HMC 4th Quarterly Communication was held as scheduled. We reviewed the company level performance indicators for Q4, looked forward to the opportunities and challenges that will be faced, focused on the main priorities and development direction for the coming year and discussed how to improve FOD culture in HMC.



By reviewing the company level performance indicators for Q4, we can see that we have achieved an excellent result with all KPIs green on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People in 2024 despite the challenges and disturbances we’ve faced. Our hard work to maintain high level of performance and deliver on commitments was highly recognized and rewarded.



Looking ahead to 2025, we will continue to focus on cost control, deal with changes and challenges successfully with our high level of operational excellence. Aside from performing our daily obligations next year, our work priorities include preparing for ramp-up plans, paying more attention to the application of performance and efficiency tools, launching and executing investment projects for the future of HMC, maintaining our high level of safety culture and leadership position among all other Airbus plants .



Finally, the FOD culture and improving initiatives was discussed and shared to HMC all. Consciously integrating the FOD initiatives into our work routine and turning them into the real HMC behaviors will be our key task in the future. In 2025 the Quality Department will launch various campaigns to improve FOD culture and consolidate these behaviors to jointly eliminate quality hazards at the source.



Every moment is a starting point, and at the countdown moment to the year end, let us continue to embrace changes, create benefits, spare no pains with a fighting spirit and contribute to the new challenges and new beginnings of 2025.
