AOS Training Framework Agreement Was Signed Between HMC and ABA

To develop training services on Lean and Airbus Operating System (AOS) in China, a Framework Agreement between Harbin Hafei Airbus Composite Manufacturing Centre (HMC) and AirBusiness Academy (ABA) was signed by Brian Agnew, the GM of HMC, and Adam McGonigal, the CEO of ABA, through a virtual signing ceremony under the joint witness of HMC team in Harbin and ABA team in Toulouse and Beijing and the on 29^th March, 2022.

HMC triggered the Airbus Operating System (AOS) to build the foundation of continuous improvement culture throughout all departments in 2019. HMC takes Airbus "Standardization" as the cornerstone, and optimizes enterprise process management and supports the digitalization platform, thereby improving operational performance and efficiency.  HMC established AOS Asia Training Centre (AATC) in 2019 to explore more business opportunities in training solutions to practice the continuous improvement activities which have been proved in HMC.

Featuring model line simulation and shop-floor Gemba, AOS training will bring participants special learning experience through hands-on exercises and on-site learning. HMC is looking forward to building excellent operation with all partners in aeronautic field.
